About Job:

• Assist the principal in the overall management, including teaching supervision and management, team building, teacher recruitment, new teacher guidance and other teaching management;
• Assist in staff evaluation, provide spiritual care for teachers, and help teachers grow better;
• Provide consultation, guidance and help for students in learning, practical activities, student growth and moral education;
• Assist to maintain the relationship between home and school, including organizing parents' meeting, giving feedback on the comprehensive performance of students in the stage, and communicating with parents about the next step to improve and improve the method;

About You:

• • Commit to child protection, safety and wellbeing
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Valid teaching certificate
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin is a plus
  • 5 or more years leadership experience
