Our K-12 program - bilingual and international, are meticulously designed to provide students with the National Curriculum of China and an international curriculum that prepares them for the IB philosophy

The Provosts are vital to ensuring our students’ academic success and well-being. They deeply understand student development and tirelessly partner with teachers, parents, and students. The Provosts provide individualized support and guidance, managing various aspects of student life, including new student orientation, academic support, behaviour, and pastoral care. This position requires excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and is essential to our school administration

About You:

  • • Be passionate advocates who prioritize their workload appropriately.
    • Prioritize the holistic well-being of children above all else and have the management skills to serve as an effective advocate for children when necessary. This includes interfacing with teachers and parents.
    • Previous teaching experience within the age range of the students they will be working with, as well as counseling or dean-type experience, is preferred.
    • At least five years of experience in an international school, including experience in China.
    • Bilingual skills in English/Chinese would be an advantage.
