About Job:

About You:

• • Has a minimum of five years of experience in kindergarten leadership and a strong background in EY curriculum, instruction, and childcare.
  • Familiarity with the IB PYP program is a plus, as this will be our eventual pedagogy.
  • Understands international education practices well and hold a Master's Degree or higher in early childhood education, school leadership, curriculum and instruction, or a related field.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to effectively manage a team, and demonstrate a commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and a willingness to embrace new ideas and technologies are also highly valued.
