About Job:

• The English Literature Teacher instructs students in English literature, fostering a love for reading and analyzing literary works. They design and implement lesson plans, deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and assign and grade coursework. The teacher guides students in understanding various literary genres, analyzing themes, characters, and symbols, and developing critical thinking skills. They also introduce students to influential authors and works from different periods and cultures.

• The English Literature Teacher may also organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as book clubs, literary festivals, or writing competitions. They collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assess student progress, and provide feedback to students and parents. The teacher may also mentor students interested in pursuing careers in literature or writing.

• To excel in this role, candidates should possess a deep knowledge of English literature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students in meaningful discussions about literary texts.
