About Job:

The Music Teacher cultivates an appreciation of music within students. They teach vocal and instrumental music expression techniques, discovers and develops students' musical talents, and develops student abilities to listen to and read music.

• Teaches music appreciation to students through instrumental music (band, orchestra, instrumental ensemble) and choral music.
• Uses a repertoire of music literature appropriate for all ages and skill levels.
• Manages the use and maintenance of school-owned music equipment; makes minor adjustments and requests repairs to instructs as required.
• Established and maintained standards of student behavior to provide an orderly environment conducive to student learning.
• Organizes the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment.
• Set teaching objectives and create lessons planned aligned with the curriculum.
• Develop and implement teaching strategies to meet objectives.
• Raises professional advice and feedback on students’ learning progress.
• Conducts student assessments, records, evaluates, and reports on student development.
• Maintains regular and positive communication with parents, sharing updates on student progress.
• Works collaboratively with others to plan and coordinate learning activities.
• Participate in school events and functions.
• Additional duties assigned or determined as needed.

About You:

    • 2 or more years relevant work experience

• Salary Range: RMB 24-40k/month before tax
