Our Beijing school has two campuses, catering to different age groups and learning needs. The City Campus is for Early Years and Year 1, equipped with excellent facilities. This serene setting provides access to excellent facilities, including a fully-equipped Sports Hall and Dining Room. Inside, children have access to various play-based creative spaces like the Maker Space, Construction Zone, Dance Studio, Visual Arts Studio, and Music and Drama Studio. It's a vibrant, nurturing environment where our youngest learners embark on their educational journeys. Located in a picturesque village, our Hegezhuang Campus is tailored for students from Year 2 upwards. The classrooms are fully customized and incorporate cutting-edge technology. Within this campus, you'll find two well-stocked libraries, one for Lower School and another for Upper School, boasting a combined resource collection of over 28,000 items. About Job:

To oversee and develop a world class performing arts programme across the whole school, which reflects and
celebrates our unique and special context. To oversee and ensure a varied, ambitious and innovative performing
arts events calendar, which showcases excellence and provides all students with the opportunity to develop skills and positive experiences across the performing arts disciplines. To collaborate with and support departments in enhancing their curriculum provision in support of the broader performing arts culture at the school. To embody the vision of school, lead by example and set high expectations for all in the performing arts.

About You:

  • • At least 5-years teaching experience, preferably in an international school.
    • Experience of leading or coordinating teams in relation to curriculum or pastoral matters.
    • Qualified Teacher Status and evidence of relevant in service training.
    • Relevant degree in a performing arts discipline
    • Excellent understanding of the age-related development of students in all phases.
    • Proven ability to differentiate teaching to meet learners’ needs.
    • Ability to manage a team.
    • Ability to show strategic leadership in line with the school improvement plan.
    • Inspirational leadership skills to support and motivate team members
