About School:

It is a nonprofit bilingual institution in Hong Kong committed to cultivating the global leaders of tomorrow. Located in the Kowloon East area, our campus will initially offer the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) for students in Grades 1-5.
Our mission is to carry forward Chinese cultural heritage while expanding international horizons, guiding students to become empathetic and capable global citizens grounded in their cultural identity.

About Job:

• • Be familiar with and promote understanding and use of all PYP documents.
  • Ensure members of the teaching team are collaborating on a transdisciplinary teaching, including language, math, science and social studies.
  • Arrange professional development program, and be responsible for the budget, registration, payment and reimbursement.
  • Circulate all relevant information received from the IB and ensure that teachers and other staff are kept up to date with current developments in the programme.
  • Ensure that all requirements of the IB concerning the implementation of the programme are adhered to.
  • Make recommendations for the purchase of suitable resources to support the implementation of the programme.

About You:

• • A Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Experience of curriculum planning and development and significant experience of delivering IB curriculum in your subject.
  • Hold a teacher certificate
  • Be good at communicating with students and stimulate their initiative in learning.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team work spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach to professional development.
