• • 专业背景:具备视觉艺术专业背景，或对视觉艺术有深入了解，能够指导艺术课程的教学与发展;
• • 管理经验:具备至少3年学生管理经验，曾担任德育主任或类似职务者优先;
• • 特殊学生支持经验:具备管理和支持特殊学生(如有特殊教育需求、不同学习风格或情感行为需求的学生)的能力，能够营造包容和支持性的学习环境;
• • 沟通与影响力:擅长与学生沟通，能够营造积极的校园文化，具有亲和力，深受学生欢迎;
• • 国际视野:具有海外留学经历者优先，熟悉国际教育理念和多元文化环境;
• • 教学管理兴趣:关注教学质量，愿意参与学校的教:学管理和课程创新工作;
