  • Creating and implementing counseling programs, workshops, and interventions to address student needs effectively.
  • Adapting to new counseling techniques and tools is crucial in catering to the evolving needs of students.
  • Utilizing counseling software, conducting one-on-one sessions, and interacting with students and parents to address concerns and provide guidance.
  • Constantly seeking ways to enhance counseling services, implementing innovative approaches, and improving processes for better student outcomes.
  • Keeping abreast of major innovations, challenges, and industry trends is essential for Student Counselors to provide relevant and effective support to students.

About You:

• • A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications in counseling or therapy.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in student counseling, preferably in an educational setting, with a solid understanding of academic environments.
  • Hold a teacher certificate
  • Be good at communicating with students and stimulate their initiative in learning.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team work spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach to professional development.
