• • 两年以上国际教育或升学指导经验，熟悉国际学校升学流程和学生发展需求。
• • 英语可以作为工作语言。
• • 具备出色的沟通能力和人际交往技巧，能够与学生、家长和同事建立良好的关系。
• • 对国际教育趋势有深入了解，能够准确把握升学市场动态，为学校提供专业建议。
• • 具备较强的组织、协调和管理能力，能够高效地完成各项任务并推动工作进展。
