About Job:

  • • Plan, organize, and implement all athletic programs, intramural leagues, and extracurricular sports activities for the school.
    • Recruit, hire, schedule, supervise, and evaluate coaching staff and assistants.
    • Coordinate logistics for all interscholastic competitions, including scheduling, transportation, lodging, facility reservations, and officiating.
    • Establish and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures, ensuring compliance with all governing body and school district regulations.
    • Prepare and manage the athletics budget, and oversee the procurement, inventory, and maintenance of sports equipment and uniforms.
    • Serve as the primary representative and communicator for the athletics program to parents, students, faculty, the community, and media.
    • Administer athletic paperwork, including eligibility verification, participation permits, insurance, and record-keeping.
    • Organize special events such as sports award banquets and recognition ceremonies to celebrate student-athlete achievements.
    • Oversee the daily use and maintenance schedule of athletic facilities, coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure safe and compliant venues.

About You:

  • • A Bachelor’s Degree in primary education or above
    • Experience of curriculum planning and development and significant experience of delivering IB curriculum in your subject.
    • Hold a teacher certificate PGCE
    • Be good at communicating with students and stimulate their initiative in learning.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team work spirit.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach to professional development.
