About Job:
- • Provide individualized counselling to students, assisting with self-assessment, career exploration, and long-term academic planning.
• Guide students through the entire university application process, including developing school selection strategies, preparing application checklists, and managing timelines.
• Offer in-depth support for application essays (e.g., personal statements, supplements) through brainstorming, writing, revision, and finalization.
• Organize and facilitate standardized test registration, preparation, and planning for language proficiency exams.
• Coordinate the teacher recommendation letter process to ensure a smooth and compliant workflow.
• Plan and host events such as university representative visits, overseas college fairs, seminars, and parent workshops.
• Serve as the official liaison between the school and global university admissions offices, maintaining relationships and communicating updates.
• Track and analyze annual application results and enrollment data to refine strategies and report to school administration.
• Monitor students' mental well-being throughout the application process, providing necessary stress management and emotional support.
About You:
- • A Bachelor’s Degree in primary education or above
• Experience of curriculum planning and development and significant experience of delivering IB curriculum in your subject.
• Hold a teacher certificate PGCE
• Be good at communicating with students and stimulate their initiative in learning.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team work spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach to professional development.
