About Job:

• • Formulate and implement the High School Mathematics teaching plan, and monitor teaching progress and effectiveness.
  • Organize teacher training and professional development activities to improve the teaching competence of the team.
  • Communicate with the school management, coordinate teaching resources, and solve problems arising in the teaching process.
  • Regularly evaluate teachers’ teaching performance and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

About You:

• • Master’s degree or above in Mathematics or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of high school mathematics teaching experience; experience in team management is preferred.
  • Familiar with Chinese high school mathematics curriculum standards and syllabi.
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
  • Ability to effectively motivate and guide teachers, and improve the overall quality of the teaching team.
  • Good teaching innovation ability and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in modern educational technologies, such as multimedia teaching and online teaching platforms.
