About Job:

  • • Design and implement science curriculum teaching plans meticulously in accordance with international educational philosophies and methodologies. Ensure that the teaching content reflects the distinctive features and advantages of international curricula and caters to the diverse learning needs of students.
    • Formulate personalized teaching strategies for students with varying learning abilities and proficiency levels, and provide targeted tutoring and support. Ensure that every student makes progress in science learning and achieves holistic development.
    • Establish clear, explicit, and reasonable classroom rules and disciplinary requirements, and communicate them to students at the start of the course to ensure understanding and compliance. Continuously monitor student behavior during classes, correct rule violations promptly, and maintain a positive classroom environment.
    • Actively participate in the school’s science curriculum development. Continuously update and refine the curriculum content by integrating cutting-edge international educational concepts and scientific research findings, making the curriculum more contemporary, scientific, and engaging.
    • Plan and organize science experiment teaching activities carefully to ensure the safety and feasibility of experimental content. Guide students in the proper operation of laboratory equipment, and foster a rigorous scientific attitude and practical experimental skills.
    • Establish a scientific and sound student assessment system. Comprehensively and objectively evaluate student learning outcomes through a combination of methods, including classroom performance, homework completion, lab reports, and examinations. Provide timely feedback on student progress to both students and parents, and offer specific improvement suggestions for identified areas of need.
    • Adjust teaching strategies and methodologies based on student assessment results to continuously optimize the teaching process and enhance teaching quality. Meanwhile, pay attention to students’ mental health and developmental needs, and provide necessary psychological support and guidance.

About You:

  • • Master’s degree or above in a relevant field, with solid subject expertise and a strong academic background.
    • Possess a teaching certificate; candidates with international curriculum teaching experience or relevant training certificates are preferred.
    • Proven successful teaching cases and records of improving student academic performance, demonstrating excellent teaching ability and student management skills.
    • Good classroom organization and teaching management skills, able to effectively guide student learning and create a positive, harmonious and orderly classroom atmosphere. Able to flexibly handle unexpected situations in class to ensure smooth teaching activities.
    • Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to teach and communicate fluently in English. Familiar with scientific English vocabulary and expressions to better introduce international educational resources and conduct international exchanges.
    • Passionate about education, with a strong sense of mission and responsibility. Conscientious, patient and attentive in work; care for students, respect individual differences, and be able to inspire students’ learning potential.
