The School is established in 2005 for students aged 1-18, which is recognised for academic excellence leading to outstanding IGCSEs, A-Level results and entry to top universities worldwide.

About Job:

  • • Leading on a core area (e.g. Teaching, Learning & Assessment, pastoral care, sixth form,student enrichment etc)
  • • Line-management of several Subject
  • • Oversight of several operational aspects (e.g. calendar, handbooks, etc)Input into common SSLT responsibilities (e.g. recruitment, induction, development planning, etc)

About You:

  • • A degree in your specialist subject.
  • • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, HDipEd, or equivalent). 
  • • Have experience in middle and/or senior leadership, and be able to mentor middle leaders.
  • • Compliance with visa requirements for working.
  • • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils, and a willingness to undertake appropriate child protection training when required.
