About School:

The School is established in 2005 for students aged 1-18, which is recognised for academic excellence leading to outstanding IGCSEs, A-Level results and entry to top universities worldwide.

Each area of the campus has been thoughtfully designed to maximise our students’ learning experience with safe, age-appropriate spaces and best in class teaching materials to stimulate creativity and a love of learning. We make considerable ongoing investment to develop learning spaces that support indoor and outdoor sports, the arts, and STEAM activities.

About Job:

• • Leading on pastoral care, professional development as it pertains to student welfare and development,
• • Line-management of Year Leaders and school counsellor,
• • Oversight of several operational aspects e.g. cover, duties, pastoral handbooks, behaviour policy & implementation, attendance, House point, aspects of student leadership)
• • Input into common SSLT responsibilities and strategic direction (e.g. recruitment, induction, development planning, etc)

About You:

• • A degree in your specialist subject.
• • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, HDipEd, or equivalent). 
• • Have experience in middle and/or senior leadership, and be able to mentor middle leaders.
• • Compliance with visa requirements for working.
• • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils, and a willingness to undertake appropriate child protection training when required.
