About Job:

• • Undertake volleyball teaching. Formulate scientific and systematic semester/annual teaching plans and lesson plans to ensure teaching content matches students’ age and skill levels. Actively participate in the development and optimization of school-based volleyball courses and special programs.
  • Be fully responsible for safety management during volleyball teaching and training, and strictly enforce safety procedures. Closely monitor students’ condition in class, with the ability to provide first aid and handle emergencies on site. Conduct regular safety education on volleyball activities for students.
  • Assist in the daily management and maintenance supervision of the volleyball gymnasium. Be responsible for the custody, maintenance, inventory and purchase recommendations of volleyballs used for teaching and training.

About You:

• • Hold a nationally recognized teaching certificate in Physical Education.
  • Possess solid volleyball theoretical knowledge and excellent volleyball skills. Have relevant volleyball teaching or coaching experience; experience in school teaching is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, emphasis on professional ethics, passion for education. Good communication, teamwork, organization and management skills. Willing to learn and explore, with innovative spirit. Able to accept school work arrangements and work under pressure.
  • Major in a relevant field; master’s degree or above from domestic or overseas universities. Bachelor’s degree may be considered for outstanding candidates with exceptional professional ability and comprehensive quality.
  • Have internship or work experience in relevant subject teaching.
  • Passionate about education with advanced educational philosophy, and willing to develop long-term at our school.
