About Job:
- • Be responsible for establishing the high school music curriculum system of the school, and undertake daily teaching of music and music theory, textbook optimization, classroom management, etc., and be able to develop personalized teaching plans for students.
• Assess students in accordance with regulations, and record and feedback students’ class performance in a timely manner.
• Cooperate effectively with Chinese and foreign teachers in the same subject or across disciplines, conduct teaching research and exchanges, optimize textbooks and handouts, and participate in the revision and compilation of subject teaching materials.
• Respect and abide by all rules and regulations of the school and the department, and participate in all examination affairs, training and teaching research activities arranged by the school and the department.
• Coach students to participate in relevant competitions.
About You:
- • Bachelor’s degree or above in Music, Music Education or related fields; study or work experience abroad is preferred.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in international high school curricula; experience in competition coaching is preferred.
• Proficient in playing at least one musical instrument, with solid vocal skills.
• Familiar with international curriculum syllabi, as well as the question design, types and solving strategies of relevant examinations.
• Fluent and accurate in expression, good at activating classroom atmosphere, skilled in using multimedia teaching tools, and familiar with routine work including class management.
• Committed to lifelong learning, continuously improving theoretical literacy and professional competence, and devoted to teaching and educating students.
• Strong team spirit, pioneering and innovative mindset, high sense of responsibility; able to accept work arrangements and work under pressure; passionate about education and willing to develop long-term at our school.
