About Job:

  • • Teaching Implementation: Undertake English teaching for primary grades, ensure classroom teaching quality, and focus on students’ learning outcomes and feedback.
    • Teaching Research Coordination: Lead lesson preparation and teaching practice activities within the team, develop semester/monthly teaching research plans, and conduct research on primary English teaching methods and curriculum design.
    • Lesson Planning Management: Guide the team in collective lesson planning, clarify key and difficult points, optimize teaching plans, courseware and other materials, and form standardized teaching resources.
    • Team Development: Instruct English teachers in the team to improve teaching capabilities, share advanced teaching experience and research achievements, and organize activities such as teaching reflection and achievement exchange.
    • Quality Supervision: Track teaching progress and effectiveness within the team, regularly inspect teaching materials, assist in solving problems in the teaching process, and ensure the overall teaching quality.

About You:

  • • Bachelor’s degree or above; English major is preferred.
    • 3–10 years of English teaching experience, familiar with teaching procedures and methodologies.
    • Good organizational, management, communication and coordination skills.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
    • Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment with good resilience under pressure.
