About Job:

• Establish and oversee a comprehensive athletics program for the entire school.
• Ensure the safety of students and adherence to school protocols during external activities.
• Oversee the maintenance of facilities, budget management, and equipment safety.
• Manage the practice and competition schedules for all athletics teams.
• Collaborate with academic leadership in the execution of the athletics program.
• Promote the well-being of student-athletes, encouraging sportsmanship and a balance between academics and athletics.

About You:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management or related discipline
• 5+ years experience leading/coordinating athletics programs
• Experience in planning multi-athletic, multi-sport events
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills
