About Job:

• Teach a range of courses, which may include IGCSE English (ESL & EFL) and Advanced English
• Develop syllabus, course overview and implement engaging lesson plans, unit plans, and teaching materials that cater to the curriculum requirements
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic progress
• Analyze student performance data to guide instruction and support interventions
• Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to promote critical thinking, creativity, and a student-centered learning environment

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3-5 years of related English teaching experience to speakers of English as a second language at secondary schools with good track of professional record.
• Graduate from a prestigious university in US, UK, Canada, or Australia, with a major in English Language or Literature (a first degree in this field is preferred), or possess a TESOL/TEFL certificate from a renowned university in US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
• Exceptional communication skills with a team-work spirit
