About Job:

• Develop an Innovation Center team ethos to support, embed, and celebrate school improvement
• Collaborate directly with the technology staff in supporting the use of technology at the school
• Teach a reduced load in your academic subject area, devoting equivalent time to supporting Innovation Center endeavors
• Support the school's application and integration of innovative pedagogy to foster a forward-thinking educational environment
• Lead the development and training of staff to ensure effective practices are implemented across all programs and grade levels. Coordinates instruction in 21st Century technology skills and digital citizenship responsibilities, through curriculum integration and implementation of relevant course materials

About You:

• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience as a teacher or teacher-leader, preferably in an international context
• Demonstrated experience in applying technology and innovative practices to teaching and learning
• Strong project management and collaborative skills
