About Job:

• Develop individualized college plans for students, addressing their academic, extracurricular, and career aspirations
• Assist with course selection, academic planning, extracurricular involvement, and work in collaboration with psychological counselors to support students’ well-being
• Build and maintain relationships with university admissions officers
• Organize college visits, info sessions, and fairs
• Assist in events (e.g., Global Student Conference) and alumni initiatives
• Provide detailed editing feedback on structure, voice, and content to align with university expectations

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field(Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in college counseling, preferably in an international school
• In-depth knowledge of holistic admissions and application systems (e.g., U.S., UK, Canada)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and cross-cultural communication skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
