About Job:

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for the pastoral welfare of all students in the grade
• Lead the Grade-Level Student Support Team, convening regular meetings with counselors, learning support, and teachers to create and monitor intervention plans for at-risk students
• Manage serious behavioral incidents and parent concerns, acting as the first escalation point after the Homeroom Teacher
• Ensure consistent implementation of the school's Safeguarding/Child Protection Policy within the grade
• Analyze grade-level academic performance data alongside the Learning Support faculty and staff to identify group-wide trends and needs
• Promote student participation in school competitions, school events, and grade-specific traditions

About You:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years in international schools, with proven experience as a Homeroom Teacher or Grade Level Leader or equivalent position
• Prior Leadership experience
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, capable of using both languages as working languages in professional communication and collaboration
