About Job:

• Develop and implement the brand strategy for the Academy, accurately define core brand values, establish a unified brand value communication system, and ensure brand positioning is integrated throughout all operations
• Oversee brand building, promotion and maintenance, lead the formulation and execution of integrated brand communication strategies covering content creation, digital communication, offline brand events and other full channels
• Build and manage the brand team, establish systematic systems, processes and frameworks for brand operations, and enhance core capabilities including content creation, innovative communication and image management
• Collect market intelligence and stakeholder feedback related to brand communication, analyze communication effectiveness, optimize brand strategies based on data, and maintain brand innovation and vitality
• Collaborate with admissions, global programs and other departments to deeply integrate brand building with enrollment and international project implementation, achieving synergistic development between brand value and school business

About You:

• Holds a degree from prestigious universities, either domestic or international
• Strong English proficiency and bilingual communication skills
• 5+ years working experience
