About Job:
• Assist the Admissions Director in formulating and implementing the school’s admissions strategies and annual action plans, oversee the full-process execution of admissions activities such as open houses and scholarship selection, and ensure the achievement of admissions goals
• Optimize the workflow and operational system of the admissions team, establish a standardized full-cycle admissions system including inquiry responses, application review, and examination arrangement to improve compliance and efficiency
• Lead source market research, analyze target student profiles, school selection motivations, industry examination trends, etc., build a student database, and provide accurate data support for admissions strategy optimization
• Manage the frontline admissions execution team, conduct fundamental professional training, enhance the team’s core capabilities in precise lead acquisition and high-efficiency conversion, and reduce over-reliance on individual performance
• Collaborate with academic affairs, student affairs and other departments to obtain end-to-end feedback on student progression and outcomes, integrate teaching achievements with admissions initiatives, and develop key admissions highlights
About You:
• Graduate from reputable domestic or international universities
• Excellent English proficiency with strong bilingual communication skills
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Familiar with AP Program, A-level Program, or Global Impact Program (GIP)
