About Job:

• Be responsible for the **design, implementation and management** of global programs, including global student exchange, GFY, CAN speaking tours, AI seminars, summer programs, etc.; optimize the project execution and coordination system to ensure efficient delivery of international programs
• Build and manage the **global alumni community**, oversee alumni database development, online alumni sharing sessions, alumni chapter annual meetings and other activities, and align alumni resources with the school’s brand and development goals
• Lead initiatives related to **school development**, including the preparation of education foundations, university-industry collaboration, resource integration and fundraising, and establish a systematic framework for the school’s medium- and long-term development plan
• Manage the global programs team, establish systematic policies and procedures for project operations, and enhance the team’s core capabilities in international cooperation, program design and risk prevention and control

About You:

• Holds a degree from prestigious universities, either domestic or international
• Strong English proficiency and bilingual communication skills
• 5+ years working experience
