Course description

Bryan Manditsch discovered teaching by accident in 1984, left the UK to teach in Kenya in 1990, and then had a succession of Headships in Kuwait, Qatar, China and now Vietnam. Both his children were born and raised outside Europe, but both went there for university, and he lives in Bulgaria (when Covid-19 allows) during the school holidays.

Having just finished his seventh year at the helm of an international school in Hanoi, Vietnam.

As a leader, Bryan feels children and staff should have non-threatening work surroundings to produce to their optimum, and that successful schools ensure all members of the school community have an understanding of all the other stakeholders.
