About Job:

● Collaborate with the school on various aspects of effectively managing a successful sports program
● Coordinate and schedule sports meet-ups with other schools
● Encourage participation in appropriate sports leagues
● Ensure all sports arrangements are approved by senior leadership and thoroughly communicated to relevant staff
● Assess and review after-school sports programs and activities
● Collaborate with the Head of Operations to schedule sports events during summer, holidays, and weekends
● Demonstrate professionalism and fairness in interactions with students, faculty, and operations staff, always being mindful of the school’s reputation and consistently upholding its standards
● Implement robust health and safety protocols and objectives for all programs
● Oversee sports facilities and maintain equipment to support the objectives of the sports programs
● Perform additional duties as needed, including teaching physical education classes, coaching after-school sports teams, and organizing weekend and after-school sports events

About You:

• ● A bachelor's degree in sports management or a related field
  ● At least two years of relevant teaching experience along with experience in a leadership role
  ● An international teaching license
  ● Proven track record of overseeing athletic programs at the secondary level
  ● Experience in managerial roles, including training, event coordination, and team leadership
  ● Ability to form positive relationships both inside and outside the classroom
  ● Ability to adapt to situations and make adjustments to achieve optimal outcomes aligned with the school’s goals and program objectives
  ● Strong public speaking skills with the ability to represent the school at events and in the media
  ● Strong focus on the holistic development of student-athletes, both academically and athletically
