  • 语言表达能力出色，英语口音佳者优先考虑;
  • 有较强的沟通能力；
  • 抗压能力强，具有扎实的专业理论基础，对课程熟悉，专业功底深厚;
  • 熟悉中学生的生活及学习特点，善于观察学生的问题，因材施教，并能提出行之有效的解决方案;
  • 地理功底扎实，综合能力强。
