About Job:

• • 负责戏剧教学，帮助学生全面提升戏剧素养和表演能力。包括但不限于训练、作品集准备等，提供专业的升学指导
  • 负责组织和指导排练戏剧演出策划、组织并指导学生完成课堂汇报、校园戏剧节、话剧展演等活动
  • 负责戏剧社或相关学生社团的日常训练与管理，培养学生编、导、演综合能力
  • 参与校本戏剧课程开发、教学资源建设及校园艺术氛围营造工作
  • 完成学校安排的其他与艺术教育相关的活动组织及教学工作

About You:

• • 戏剧表演、导演、影视艺术、艺术教育等相关专业本科及以上学历
  • 具备扎实的戏剧理论知识、表演或导演实践能力，能够独立指导学生排练与创作
  • 有较强的组织协调能力、艺术感染力及团队合作精神，能有效激发学生艺术潜能
  • 有校园戏剧编排经验、舞台表演经验或相关艺术教学经验者优先
