About Job:

• • 负责A-Level数学课程的教学工作，根据教学大纲和学生实际情况，制定详细的教学计划和教学方案积极参与数学学科的相关研究、课程规划。
  • 定期组织课堂测验、考试和作业批改，及时了解学生的学习情况，针对学生的问题和薄弱环节进行有针对性的辅导和强化训练，帮助学生提高学习成绩。
  • 参与A-Level数学课程的研发和优化工作，结合国际教育趋势和学生需求，不断更新教学内容和教学方法，提高课程的质量和竞争力。
  • 关注学生的学习状态和心理变化，及时与学生和家长进行沟通和交流，反馈学生的学习情况，共同促进学生的成长和发展。
  • 组织和指导学生参加数学竞赛、科研项目等活动，培养学生的实践能力和创新精神，提升学生的综合素质。
  • 与其他教师进行教学经验分享和交流，共同探讨教学中遇到的问题和解决方案，促进教学团队的整体发展。
  • 积极参与学校活动、项目、家长面谈、职业发展会议等。

About You:

• • 本科及以上学历，数学、应用数学、统计学、工程学等相关专业背景。
  • 至少2年以上A-level数学全职教学经验。
  • 有海外学习、工作经历或国际学校教学背景优先。
  • 有突出的教学成果记录，所教学生A/A*率保持较高水平。
  • 具备良好的英语读写能力，能使用英文教材、撰写教学材料及进行学术交流。
  • 热爱教育，责任心强，具备优秀的课堂管理能力与跨文化沟通意识。
